Generated reports

Generated reports help you move from a completed conversation to themes, quotes, findings, and possible next actions. They interpret the available responses. They do not replace the recordings and transcripts those findings came from.

Read an individual report

Select a completed response and open Overview. Its report covers that participant only.

Start with the summary, then follow the findings and quotes that deserve closer review. Sentiment is a directional reading of the conversation, not an objective measure of the participant.

Check the supporting response

Select a sentiment point or quote in an individual report to move to the related transcript moment. Check the participant’s full answer before using a strong claim, shortening a quote, or acting on an inferred intention.

The report may identify a useful pattern within one person’s response. It cannot show whether that pattern is shared by other participants.

Compare completed responses

Once at least two completed responses have individual reports, All Responses brings their results together at campaign level. It shows which themes appeared across included respondents, compares sentiment, attributes quotes, and combines findings and possible actions.

This report reflects only the response reports included when it was generated. Check Last updated after new responses arrive and refresh the report when newer completed responses have not yet been included.

Interpret campaign patterns carefully

Campaign patterns are not population statistics

Counts and percentages in All Responses describe only the completed responses in that holito conversation. They do not establish statistical significance or prove that the result applies to a wider customer population.

Treat a repeated theme as a signal to investigate. Consider who was invited, who completed the conversation, how the conversation was framed, and whether different groups answered differently.
